This is our Red Ruby Rainbow Trout from Lake Titicaca ("tee-tee-kah-kah"), We know it sounds funny, but this is one of  the  largest lakes of South America and the world's highest navigable body of water, located on the border of Peru and Bolivia in The Andes Mountains. Exciting, right? And it is also the perfect place to grow the tastiest and healthiest type of trout there is!
